These terms apply to your use of onecallfinancial.net, operated by onecallfinancial ("ONECALL Financial," "we," "us"). By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to them.
What we do
ONECALL Financial provides business funding through its own in-house products. If an in-house product is not a fit, we may act as a broker and seek options for your business through independent funding providers. Any funding, whether from us or another provider, is governed by the written agreement for that product, not by these terms.
Business purposes only
Our services are for businesses only. We do not offer personal loans or funding for personal, family or household purposes. By applying, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that any funding you seek is for business purposes, and that you are authorized to act for the business you describe.
An application is not an offer
Submitting an application is a request to be contacted and considered for available options. It is not an offer of financing, a commitment to lend, or a promise of approval, any amount, any cost, any rate or any timeline. Whether any option is available, and on what terms, is decided after a review of your business by ONECALL Financial or, for brokered options, by the funding provider.
Accurate information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will tell us if it changes.
Contact about your inquiry
By submitting an application and checking the consent box, you agree that we may call, text or email you about your inquiry. Consent to marketing calls and texts, including automated ones, is a separate, optional choice and is not a condition of applying or of receiving funding. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing calls by telling us or emailing christian@onecallfinancial.net.
Compensation when we broker
When we broker funding, we receive compensation from the funding provider.
No advice
Information on this site is general and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Consider consulting your own advisors before accepting any financing.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, submit applications for businesses you are not authorized to represent, interfere with the site, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.
Intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this site belong to ONECALL Financial or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
