- Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include IP addresses and pages requested.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. [Update this sentence if analytics or advertising tools are added.]
Information you send us directly
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional business name and your message, and store them in our database. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
How we use information
- To review your inquiry and contact you about business funding options by phone, text or email.
- If you opt in, to send you marketing calls and text messages, which may be automated.
- To identify funding options that may fit your business.
- To keep records of your application and consent.

How we share information
Service providers
We use service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Neon, which stores application records.
- Resend, which sends us an internal notification when an application arrives. The notification contains only a reference number, not your application details.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our business email.
Funding providers
ONECALL Financial first considers your application for its own in-house products. If an in-house product is not a fit, we may share your application information with other funding providers so they can evaluate your business for their products. Those providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Sale of information
We do not sell applicant information. We may share applications with funding providers to seek funding options on your behalf, as described above.
Text messages and calls
If you opt in to marketing calls and texts, we will contact you at the number you provided. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting in is never a condition of applying or of receiving funding.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
We retain application records on an ongoing basis and do not currently have a scheduled deletion period. You may contact us about your information using the email address listed in this policy.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Access to applications is limited to authorized ONECALL Financial staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to us or emailing christian@onecallfinancial.net. Reply STOP to any text message to stop marketing texts.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. [Confirm with counsel which state laws apply.]
